Patti Dorsey, T. H. Easter’s Director of Executive Search, has more than 20 years of extensive experience in strategic talent acquisition and recruitment operations across multiple industries. Adept at optimizing resources and processes to acquire top talent for organizations, Patti has demonstrated flexibility and strength across several corporate functions, contributing to companies’ successes in the areas of talent acquisition, recruiting, strategy, operations, capture, and business development.

As a corporate leader at entities including Inovalon, Pro-SphereTek, Grant Thornton, and DMI, Patti demonstrated her superior expertise by building and implementing talent acquisition strategies, process design, and policy development to facilitate hands-on sourcing and full-life cycle recruiting. Her approach encompasses intentional relationship-building with client stakeholders to understand team structures and dynamics, as well as working with clients to facilitate the rebuilding of teams, systems and processes.

Patti prioritizes mentoring and coaching to maximize placement success. As a practitioner, she has managed applicant tracking system (ATS) implementation and integration to facilitate TA metrics development and reporting to measure performance and ensure accountability.

Patti holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park. Patti is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals, and Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.
