- Benchmarked comparable retail companies in the U.S.; performed a comprehensive assessment including skills gap analysis of its Talent Acquisition (TA) function to discern effectiveness when compared with desired outcomes.
- Explored how the TA function should be tailored to align with their unique culture, values and ways of working.
- Created detailed process mapping with specific recommendations for TA staffing, training and technology usage to eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy through automation, while at the same time ensuring high-touch relationships between recruiters and business units to ensure a sophisticated understanding of needs and requirements for talent.
