Entrepreneur.com recently featured this infographic explaining just that: why people leave their jobs and other annoyances within the workplace.

The takeaway? Employees must know they are valued and respected at work, all while having the opportunity to maintain a healthy work/life balance. If not, they won’t stay. My take is that employee engagement is the critical factor. When there is shared investment by the employee and the organization, each achieves success.
