Terri Hartwell Easter to Speak at Maryland-District of Columbia Utilities Association’s 2016 Fall Conference

BETHESDA, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Terri Hartwell Easter, Principal of T.H. Easter Consulting management consultancy, is a featured speaker at the Maryland-District of Columbia Utilities Association’s Fall 2016 Conference. The conference takes place September 21st – 23rd at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort in Cambridge, Maryland.
