Terri Hartwell Easter, founding principal of T. H. Easter Consulting, received the HR Award as 2018 HR Innovator of the Year by the Delaware Business Times at the HR Awards gala on November 1, 2018 in Dover, Delaware.
Now in its fourth year, the DBT HR Awards program honors executives, partners and companies that have demonstrated a commitment to their employees or clients through leadership, innovation and achievement in Delaware. Terri was selected by a judging committee of local business leaders, whose criteria included engagement, effectiveness and ROI. Terri was honored and humbled to be recognized by Delaware regional SHRM chapters for the second year in a row, having been selected Consultant of the Year last year.
And that’s not all, Terri was personally selected by Bloomberg BNA to moderate a distinguished panel of luminaries at their annual at Bloomberg Law’s Fourth Annual Talent and Diversity Forum! T. H. Easter Consulting is a regular contributor to Bloomberg BNA publications, and as such, Terri’s expertise in diversity and inclusion is recognized nationwide. She led an in-depth discussion on Harnessing Diversity in the Changing Business of Law.
