An experienced business executive with over 35 years of experience in leadership development, strategy development and execution, and successful organizational change efforts, Suzy has an exceptional track record of helping business leaders achieve exponential growth in a variety of complex businesses. With management and operational expertise in the United States, Canada, Europe and South America, Suzy knows how to lead executives and managers alike to see, and seize, opportunities for meaningful growth and implement the organizational changes often necessary for success.

Suzy has held executive positions in a diverse array of businesses, from a Fortune 20 technology company to a highly successful beverage start-up. She has also worked with business leaders as both an internal and external consultant to:

  • Assess and develop leaders
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth
  • Implement broad-based corporate-wide service quality initiatives
  • Increase customer loyalty
  • Strengthen empowerment and teamwork
  • Understand and assess corporate cultures

Suzy’s areas of expertise include empowering and developing leaders; collecting, analyzing and presenting the data in support of effective strategy development; leading the development and creation of corporate scorecards; and creating the vision, strategy and management systems to deliver legendary service to some of the most demanding clients in the world.

Suzy holds a Ph.D. in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Master of Arts degrees in Social and Organizational Psychology and Educational Administration from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hartwick College. Suzy also received specialized training in leadership development at the Center for Creative Leadership, Pennsylvania State University, and Xerox University, and she is certified to administer the Pinsight assessment tool and lead feedback sessions with individuals and groups.

Suzy is also trained as a quality expert. She studied service quality management in Tokyo with the Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) as well as with famed quality expert W. Edwards Deming and at the Disney Institute. She successfully applied this knowledge as the Chief Quality Officer for an $8B development and engineering business, and she was a member of the leadership teams that led Xerox to win two Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards.

A proud member of New York City’s Academy of Women Achievers, Suzy is also a trustee of the Ivoryton Playhouse, the oldest self-sustaining professional theater in the United States as well as a member of the Episcopal Bishop’s Executive Council (CT) and a trustee of Camp Washington, the camp and conference center of the Episcopal Church in Connecticut.
