Lav specializes in integrating complex business processes with strategic organizational objectives. He has over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Process/Workflow Mapping, Training, Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.  Lav’s specialty is developing strategic and operational solutions to complex business process problems. He has a range of expertise in industries as varied as the Automotive, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Information Technology, and Service sectors.

Lav’s expertise extends to the private sector as well as government agencies.  His efforts have helped his clients realize millions in cost savings, while at the same time effecting change and improving their corporate cultures for future growth. Representative engagements include performing risk assessments for the deployment of complex workflow improvement projects, implementing new technology and business process improvements, point-of-sale IT deployment, development of inventory management systems, installation of LAN and desktop IT, marketing support and workshop facilitation.

Lav has also served as a catalyst to aid numerous clients in meeting international standards and achieving hundreds of quality registrations.  To this end, Lav has designed value-oriented business systems and training that resulted in significant business improvement and compliance to international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHS 18001, QS 9000, TL 9000, TickIT, and SEI CMM. Lav also has presented the telecommunication’s industries coveted Quest Forum TL 9000 courses.

Lav holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering  (Eta Kappa Nu Honorary) from University of Maryland at College Park. He is a certified consultant for Execute to Win (Jack Welch & Able Engineering), Intergy Practice & EHR (Sage Software), Lab View (National Instruments). He also is a registered TickIT Assessor (A008242).
